Mit Hilfe der Übersichtskarte finden Sie schnell eine passende Ladestation in Ihrer Nähe. Die Übersichtskarte zeigt Ihnen alle für Sie zugänglichen Ladepunkte an, die Sie ganz einfach mit der App freischalten können. Sie sehen auch deren aktuelle Verfügbarkeit und erhalten Informationen zu möglichen Störungen.

Weiter haben sie mit der SWG eMobil-App die Möglichkeit, sich auf dem kürzesten Weg zur Ladestation Ihrer Wahl navigieren zu lassen. Und zusätzlich erhalten Sie alle Informationen über die aktuell gültigen Nutzungsgebühren der Ladestationen.

Ihre persönlichen Daten und Abrechnungsinformationen können Sie direkt in der App verwalten. Alle Ladevorgänge gelangen in Ihr persönliches Nutzerkonto. Die Abrechnung erfolgt bequem via Lastschriftverfahren. Zusätzlich können Sie vergangene sowie aktuell laufende Ladevorgänge, inkl. Strombezug, Zählerständen und den mit der Ladung verbundenen Kosten live einsehen.

With the help of the overview map you will quickly find a suitable charging station in your area. The overview map shows you all available charging points for you, which you can easily unlock with the app. They also see their current availability and receive information about possible disruptions.

Furthermore, with the SWG eMobil app you have the opportunity to navigate the shortest route to the charging station of your choice. In addition, you will receive all information about the current charges for charging stations.

You can manage your personal data and billing information directly in the app. All loading will be in your personal user account. Billing is conveniently done via direct debit. In addition, you can view past and current charging processes, including electricity purchases, meter readings and the costs associated with the load, live.
